Payment and information: By the notice board on the nearest house.
Members of the boat association supervise the guest quay. Guests who, upon control, have not paid, will be charged an extra fee of NOK 300,-, and may be turned away.

To the brisling-fishers:
Fishing boats may also use the quay, in accordance with the same rules as for other boats.
Kinsarvik can, among other things, offer:
- Green area by the quay, well suited for children.
- Hardanger Feriepark
- Gokart track
- Husedalen with four big waterfalls. This part of Hardangervidda national reserve is well worth a visit.
- Kinsarvik church, from approx 1160. One of the oldest stone churches in Norway.
